Quality products require accurate shipping. This is why we rely only on the best national and international couriers who use special packaging to repair products from shocks and sudden changes in temperature, ensuring their quality and freshness.

We take care of everything, you just have to choose your favorite products.

General information (Shop) is an e-commerce site for the distribution of wines, oils and other local products, owned by Piè di Costa di Filippo Bracci.

The following conditions of sale govern the sale of all products marketed through the (Shop) website, in accordance with Italian law and EC directives, and in particular with Legislative Decree 70/2003 relating to electronic commerce and Legislative Decree 206/2005 for consumer protection, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts.

Any changes or new conditions of sale, which (Shop) reserves the right to make at any time, will be effective from the time of publication on the
(Shop) website and will be applied only to sales concluded after their publication on this site.

The sale of all goods and products on the (Shop) site is dedicated only to users of age or who have reached the age of eighteen at the time of purchase

How we handle your order

Once the order has been received, the (Shop)'s staff will group the products from the various manufacturers and prepare the shipment.

This process takes a little longer, we ask you to have a little patience, considering about 10/12 working days from the time of order to receipt of the goods.

We are sure that this little wait will be rewarded thanks to the quality of our products!

Delivery to your accommodation facility

If you are on holiday near Montaione, we can deliver, with a small surcharge, your order directly to the accommodation where you are staying for your holidays.

How to do

You can enable this delivery option in the following way:

1- From the cart page, click on "Proceed to checkout"
2- In the section "Billing details" enter your details normally
3- Flag the option "Ship to a different address"

A new form will open, so enter again your name, surname and the exact address of your accommodation, as follows:

  • Country / region: Italy
  • the exact address of your accommodation facility (with reference to the apartment / room)
  • Zip code and city*
  • Mobile Phone
  • In the "order notes" enter the delivery date.

Local pickup (Free)

You can collect your order - by appointment and at no additional cost - at our shipping center in Montaione, selecting from the shipping methods: "Local Pickup".

In the notes (during check-out), remember to enter the date you will come to collect your order.

Returns and refunds for damaged products

Although, all our wines are transported with suitable special packaging that protects them from shocks and prevents sudden changes in temperature, it could happen that the goods are damaged during transport, or that the package shows evident signs of tampering or alteration.

In these cases, in addition to accepting the shipment "subject to verifying the conditions of the content", please take a photo and send it within 3 days (together with the order and shipment references) to Dit e-mailadres wordt beveiligd tegen spambots. We will evaluate the problem and if the damage was caused by us (or by the courier), (Shop) will send the ordered goods again.

In case of failure to notify within the indicated period, the complaint will no longer be accepted.

If the goods are not available, you will be asked to be able to replace the products or if you want to obtain a refund of the order.
