Redibo – Il Corniale
Redibo – Chianti Docg – Riserva 2015
Redibo comes from a selection of Sangiovese grapes from which a structured and complex wine can be obtained, suitable for long aging. It owes its name to a motto that can be found on the sundials: (Redibo, tu nunquam), in “honor of the passage of time”.
In the glass it has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. Complex nose, good combination of red fruits, balsamic notes and sweet wood spices. The mouth is soft, structured and balanced. Ideal pairing with first courses with game sauces.
