TENUTA MORINIELLO
Intense ruby red color, direct, with clearly recognizable cherry and blackberry fruits, and with hints of undergrowth just mentioned. Chianti La Pieve is a calibrated, lively wine with an inviting drink and a pleasantly clean finish.
It goes particularly well with cold cuts and cheese appetizers, pasta with sauces, roasted meat, but also with pizzas and elaborate dishes with sauces and tasty condiments.

The production of the Chianti La Pieve D.O.C.G. comes from the company-owned vineyards, all organic, which are located on the hills that surround Montaione, in the province of Florence, about 350 meters above sea level.

Vinification Technique
The hand-picked grapes are de-stemmed and then cold macerated for a few hours. Then follows a maceration on the skins for about 3 weeks. Vinification takes place in vitrified cement tanks.
