Ingredients
Milk, cream, “Parmigiano Reggiano DOP” cheese 9%, butter, eggs, potato starch, white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 1%, bianchetto truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt.), salt, flavouring.
Recommendations for use
Easy, quick and tasty, a crostini to make with warm bread and the Cream of Parmesan and White Truffle, for a Tuscan-flavoured appetizer. Also very popular as an accompaniment to beef tartare or to season a first course such as ravioli or gnocchi.
Storage
Store at room temperature for 2 years. Once opened, it can be stored in the refrigerator for a few weeks.
