Our BUTTER & TRUFFLE is prepared with top quality sterilized butter and ground bianchetto truffle (minimum 5%).

Ingredients

Butter, Bianchetto truffle (Tuber albidum Pico) 5%, salt, flavorings.

Recommendations for use

Perfect and ready to use, mainly to season first courses. Also excellent for tasty canapes or truffled bruschetta, with eggs or to accompany dishes au gratin in the oven and omelettes.

Storage

Sterilized butter can be stored at room temperature for 2 years.
