How we handle your order

Once the order has been received, the VisitMontaione.com (Shop)'s staff will group the products from the various manufacturers and prepare the shipment.

This process takes a little longer, we ask you to have a little patience, considering about 10/12 working days from the time of order to receipt of the goods.

Returns and refunds for damaged products

Although, all our wines are transported with suitable special packaging that protects them from shocks and prevents sudden changes in temperature, it could happen that the goods are damaged during transport, or that the package shows evident signs of tampering or alteration.

We will evaluate the problem and if the damage was caused by us (or by the courier), Visitmontaione.com (Shop) will send the ordered goods again.

In case of failure to notify within the indicated period, the complaint will no longer be accepted.

If the goods are not available, you will be asked to be able to replace the products or if you want to obtain a refund of the order.
