Olio Extravergine di Oliva Biologico - Tenuta Orzale

Produced with Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio, Leccio del corno and Pendolino olives, Tenuta Orzale Extra Virgin Oil of Olive has an intense golden yellow color and emerald green reflections, decisive fruity notes and a slightly spicy flavour.
EIt is a perfect oil for many dishes, such as salads, to season white and red meats, but also on hot soups which release their strong olfactory notes.
On hot bread with a pinch of salt and pepper it becomes the classic "Tuscan bruschetta".

The sediment that you can find in the bottom of the container is completely natural and represents a characteristic of unfiltered oils generally purchased in the mill.
It is a confirmation that the oil purchased is really genuine.

CULTIVATION

The cultivation of the olive tree has very ancient origins in Tuscany and on our hills the olive tree expresses its qualities at its best. Following an agricultural philosophy of balance and respect for nature, we cultivate our olive trees with care and attention and we are rewarded with a product that fully represents Tuscan excellence.

COLLECTION AND PRODUCTION PERIOD

The olive harvest takes place from the second half of October until the end of November according to the ripening of the fruits. The olive harvest is carried out on nets through electric shakers and the transport for processing is carried out within 12 hours of collection to obtain a better product.

The varieties used for this extra virgin olive oil are Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio, Leccio del corno and Pendolino.

METHOD OF STORAGE

To keep the organoleptic characteristics for longer, the extra virgin olive oil must be kept in a cool place, away from light and heat sources.
