Cheese made from 50% sheep's milk and 50% cow's milk, with a soft texture and a delicate flavor with white skin and compact pulp. Fresh pecorino is ideal consumed alone or accompanied with cold cuts.

Since it is an artisanal product, the weight of the delivered product may differ from that indicated by approximately +/- 10%.

PRODUCTION

Produced with pure sheep's and cow's milk from local farms, pasteurized and aged on a wooden table.

Sheep's milk, cow's milk, rennet and salt.

MATURING

10-90 days (product subject to weight loss).

PRODUCTION PERIOD

All year depending on the quantity of milk available.
