Typical sweet wine of the Tuscan tradition, the « Santo » (Holy) wine refers to the time when the old farmers used to bottle it: during Holy Week.
With an intense, rich and velvety taste with aromas of almond and hazelnut, it finds the perfect match with « cantuccini » (biscuits with almonds typical of the Tuscan tradition) or with dried fruit in general.
