Nature is a complex balance of simple elements, just what we have tried to transfuse in this wine, a blend of Chardonnay and Vermentino. The name derives from the Chrysoperla carnea, a predatory insect of phytophages harmful to the vine, very useful in biological control.
In the glass it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the nose has white floral scents, such as wisteria and hawthorn.
Fresh taste, good balance between softness and flavor, pleasant and persistent finish A perfect wine as an aperitif, to accompany vegetable soups and seafood dishes.
