Here are produced different types of wine such as Chianti DOCG, Chianti Riserva, Syrah and Sangiovese IGT in addition to the "bianco Toscano", suitable for all occasions and combinations with meat or fish dishes. As in the best Tuscan wine tradition, there are grappa, vin santo and extra-virgin olive oil.

Il Corniale's wines

Bianco Toscano
Producer: Il Corniale
Made with Trebbiano and Malvasia Bianca grapes, this fresh and fruity wine, with a moderate acidity is an undemanding product to drink every day, combining it with fish or white meat dishes.

Denomination of origin: Toscana Bianco Igt Biologico

Alcohol: 12% vol. - Grapes: Trebbiano 70%, Malvasia Bianca 30%
Crisoperla
Producer: Il Corniale
Nature is a complex balance of simple elements, just like this wine which, thanks to an aging of 6 months in cement tanks, resting on fermentation yeasts, has fruity and floral notes, and a softness balanced by a good acidity. A curiosity: the name "Chrysoperla carnea" is an insect predator of phytophagous harmful to the vine, therefore very useful in biological warfare.

Denomination of origin: Toscana Bianco Igt Biologico

Alcohol: 12,5% vol. - Grapes: Chardonnay 60%, Vermentino 30%, Malvasia bianca 10%
Chianti Docg Biologico
Producer: Il Corniale
As in the most classic Tuscan tradition, this Chianti wine is produced exclusively from indigenous varieties such as Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, and Canaiolo and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels and then bottled.

Denomination of origin: Chianti Docg Biologico

Alcohol: 14% vol. - Grapes: Sangiovese 85%, Ciliegiolo 10%, Canaiolo 5%

Il Corniale's Extravergine oil of Olive

Olio Extravergine di Oliva Biologico
Producer: Il Corniale
"Il Corniale" extra virgin olive oil comes from olives hand harvested exclusively by the Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo varieties.
Cold pressing allows to obtain an oil with very low acidity with an intense green color and very fragrant, with a slightly pungent taste. Turbidity is a characteristic that distinguishes its quality.
