Bruschette with fresh tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 2 ripe red tomatoes
  • 1 clove of fresh garlic
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • Basil q.b. (to taste)
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 slices of Tuscan bread

Preparation

A wooden cutting board, a knife with a saw blade, a bowl and a grill to toast the bread are needed.
Chop the garlic finely and break the basil back into the bowl, then cut the tomato into cubes with our saw blade. Join all together and add the oil, salt and pepper, let it rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, toast the bread in the grill or in the oven, when ready ready dress with the mixture and serve.
A tip: If you want to get a thicker mixture add some tomato sauce.
