Ceccardi Giacomo is a cheese producer who owes his passion to his grandparents: shepherds and cheese producers who lived in Vaglie (a small fraction of the town of Ligonchio located on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines).

From here, during the winters, because of transhumance, they brought their flocks to graze in Tuscany, especially in the hills between Florence, Pisa and Volterra, until, in the ’50s /’ 60s, they decided to move permanently to “Sughera” in the territory of Montaione.

Since 1986, Ceccardi Giacomo, is a dairy that produces high quality cheeses with pure sheep milk exclusively from local suppliers (Peccioli, Montaione, Castelfiorentino, San Miniato) with grazing livestock.
