PODERE LA CASETTA
Produced with Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Trebbiano grapes fermented without the skins. The light cherry color is obtained thanks to the soft pressing of the grapes to extract the first juice (the "Flower"). The aroma is rich in floral notes. In the taste we note a pleasant acidity, well balanced if the wine is served chilled. It is ideal to pair with first or second courses of white meat or fish.
