Dessert wines
The Vin santo Toscano is undoubtedly one of the most typical dessert wines of our region which boasts ancient traditions. It is obtained after a long process starting from the selection of the bunches and their drying on racks of reeds until a slow and long maturation in small wooden barrels.
Vinsanto, which can never be missing at the end of a meal on the tables of us Tuscans, especially together with the famous cantuccini, is also a wine suitable to accompany blue cheeses or to be enjoyed alone in meditation.
