Pure sheep's milk cheese with a strong flavor, ocher skin and compact, yellow paste.
Traditional seasoning on a wooden board gives it a strong flavor and a consistent paste. Also ideal for scratching with a maturation of more than 10 months or sweetened with honey and jams.
PRODUCTION
Produced with pure sheep's milk from local farms, pasteurized and seasoned on wooden table.
INGREDIENTS
Sheep milk, Rennet and Salt.
MATURING
3- 12 months (Store in a cool, ventilated place, possibly wrapped in a cloth).
PRODUCTION PERIOD
All year depending on the milk available.
