Corniale is our interpretation of Sangiovese: the selected grapes come from a single parcel particularly suitable. Winemaking aims to enhance the elegance and personality of the main Chianti grape variety.
At the sight it presents a bright ruby red, intriguing in the bouquet, with vanilla hints that then reveal cherry and floral hints. Juicy and structured taste, with good harmony. It goes very well with grilled red meats, to try with Florentine steak.
