Chianti – Biologico
Our vintage Chianti is produced exclusively with autochthonous varieties of Tuscany vinified in order to enhance the fruity character and lively tannin.
Intense ruby red color, ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry are appreciated on the nose. On the palate it is immediate, juicy, spicy. Ideal if combined with cold cuts and daily meat dishes.

Sangiovese 90%, other grapes 10%.
Vineyards near Montaione.
Clayey soil, rich in fossil minerals.
Type of cultivation / Plants density
Guyot and spurred cordon, 4500 plants/ha.
Crushing, pre-fermentation maceration and fermentation at 26-28 ° C.
Refining / Aging
30% in barriques for 6 months and 70% in concrete tanks. Final refinement in the bottle.
Manual harvest in boxes of 15 kg.
