Borgoforte
Producer: Villa Pillo
Aged 12 months in French oak barrels, Borgoforte is a full-bodied wine with a ruby red color, aromatic with intense hints of ripe fruit and licorice, suitable to accompany meat dishes (game and roasts) and aged cheeses.

Denomination of origin: Toscana Rosso Igt

Alcohol: 14 % vol. - Grapes: 60% Sangiovese, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon
Sirah
Producer: Villa Pillo
Intense ruby red, slightly tannic, spicy and with notes of white pepper, Sirah, reaches maturity with an aging of 15 months in French oak barrels. This wine is appreciated even more if consumed after 5/6 years of aging and combined with elaborate meat dishes or roasts of game.

Muraccio
Produced with grapes of old Tuscan native vines like Prugnolo Gentile, Ciliegiolo and Colorino, "Muraccio" is a wine with a deep ruby red color, with notes of ripe fruit, of cherry, and with powerful spicy aroma. The aging of 24 months in oak barrels gives a full, full-bodied taste and with powerful tannins making it suitable to accompany all types of meat dishes.

Alcohol: 13,5% vol. - Grapes: Colorino 30%, Ciliegio 30%, Prugnolo gentile 40%
Vigna Olmo
Produced with a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignone and Syrah, which are well suited to a soil rich in clays, "Vigna Olmo" is a wine with a deep ruby red color and aromas of ripe red fruit and evident spicy notes, a warm, enveloping taste with soft and very elegant tannins. The aging of 24 months in oak barrels makes it ideal for accompanying elaborate meat dishes or as a meditation wine.

Alcohol: 13,5% vol. - Grapes: Syrah 30%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%, Merlot 40%
Brigante
Brigante is a pure Sangiovese, with a deep ruby red color, which expresses the typical aromas of the vine, further enhanced by aging in wood for 24 months. The taste is enhanced by the tannins and acidity typical of Sangiovese. An important wine that goes well with meat dishes such as roasts and game typical of Tuscan cuisine.

Bianco Toscano
Producer: Il Corniale
Made with Trebbiano and Malvasia Bianca grapes, this fresh and fruity wine, with a moderate acidity is an undemanding product to drink every day, combining it with fish or white meat dishes.

Alcohol: 12% vol. - Grapes: Trebbiano 70%, Malvasia Bianca 30%
Crisoperla
Producer: Il Corniale
Nature is a complex balance of simple elements, just like this wine which, thanks to an aging of 6 months in cement tanks, resting on fermentation yeasts, has fruity and floral notes, and a softness balanced by a good acidity. A curiosity: the name "Chrysoperla carnea" is an insect predator of phytophagous harmful to the vine, therefore very useful in biological warfare.

Alcohol: 12,5% vol. - Grapes: Chardonnay 60%, Vermentino 30%, Malvasia bianca 10%
Chianti Docg Biologico
Producer: Il Corniale
As in the most classic Tuscan tradition, this Chianti wine is produced exclusively from indigenous varieties such as Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, and Canaiolo and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels and then bottled.

Alcohol: 14% vol. - Grapes: Sangiovese 85%, Ciliegiolo 10%, Canaiolo 5%
Fortebraccio
A wine with a bold, strong and intense flavor, Fortebraccio is a Chianti Riserva D.O.C.G. made only with the best Sangiovese and Merlot grapes that come from our oldest vines. After maceration in cement vats for 20 days and aging in French oak barrels for at least 12 months, with further aging in the bottle for another 6 months, a deep ruby-colored wine with tobacco and leather notes is obtained, supported by aromas of jam, blackberry and plum, with some hints of aromatic herbs.
Fortebraccio is ideal to accompany dishes of baked or grilled red meat and game, grilled meat and Florentine steak.

Alcohol: 13,5% vol. - Grapes: Sangiovese 85% - Merlot 15%
Il Gobbo Nero
The Gobbo Nero comes from a selection of the best bunches of our Syrah grapes. After vinification in cement vats it is left to rest for 12 months in French oak barrels, before being subjected to at least 12 months of aging in bottle. An intense ruby-colored wine is obtained with pleasing and intense notes of pepper, cinnamon, berries, such as currant and blueberry, on a fruity cherry base. In the mouth it is slightly tannic and with fresh and balanced notes.
Also ideal as a meditation wine, it goes perfectly with roast red meats and game, grilled meat, Florentine steak, game.

Alcohol: 14,5% vol. - Grapes: 100% Syrah
Le Fate Furbe
Le Fate Furbe is produced with sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer which guarantee excellent freshness and acidity together with very pleasant aromatic notes and complexity. After alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, and a maceration on its lees for a period of at least 6 months, a straw-colored wine with golden reflections is obtained. The nose shows fruity aromas of apple and peach with a fresh and persistent taste.
Le Fate Furbe is an ideal wine to pair with seafood appetizers, fish and shellfish dishes, selection of fresh cheeses.

Alcohol: 14,5% vol. - Grapes: Sauvignon blanc 93% - Gewürztraminer 7%
Bianco dei Papi

Bianco dei Papi is a wine made from Chardonnay and Vermentino grapes vinified separately in steel vats and in the absence of oxygen at low temperatures to maintain the typical aromas of these vines. The refinement takes place on the fine lees for about 4 months with repeated "batonage" and then in the bottle for at least 3 months.
The result is a wine with a straw yellow color and an aroma of fresh flowers and honey, ideal as an aperitif and to accompany appetizers and fish dishes.

Alcohol: 13% vol. - Grapes: Chardonnay 50%, Vermentino 50%

Chianti Riserva Castello di Oliveto

Chianti Riserva Castello di Oliveto comes from Sangiovese grapes for 90% and small amounts of Colorino and Merlot. Aging takes place in steel vats with maceration on the skins for about 15 days, with frequent pumping over and oxygenation and then aged in "Slavonian oak" barrels for about 24 months. Subsequently it is aged in bottle for 6 months.
Chianti Riserva Castello di Oliveto is an elegant and full-bodied wine with a ruby red color with garnet reflections and a hint of red fruits, characteristics that are even more exalted when paired with red and roast meats, seasoned cheeses and soups.

Alcohol: 13,5% vol. - Grapes: 90% Sangiovese, 5% Colorino, 5% Merlot

Paolo III

Paolo III is produced with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, vinified in steel vats with long maceration on the skins for at least 20 days. It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and then for 6 months in 25 Hl "Slavonian oak" barrels. Finally, it is further refined in the bottle for at least 8 months.
The result is a wine with an intense and persistent aroma with hints of vanilla, liquorice and red berry fruits, ideal to accompany game, braised and roasted meat dishes.

Alcohol: 13,5% vol. - Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Merlot 50%

Brut
Producer: Corbucci
Obtained from Sangiovese and Glera grapes, this Brut Corbucci comes with a straw yellow color, presents itself on the nose and in the mouth with intense aromas of almond, apple and white pulp fruit. Served at a temperature of 10 ° C it is ideal to accompany appetizers and fish-based first courses.

Alcohol: 11,5% vol. - Grapes: Sangiovese 80% - Glera 20%
9 Code
Producer: Corbucci
9 Code is a pure Sangiovese that is aged for 3 months in bottle after maturing for 4 months in steel barrels and vitrified cement. Thus a soft and enveloping wine is obtained with aromas reminiscent of black cherry, violet and black currant. Chianti 9 Code is best appreciated in combination with typical Tuscan dishes, hors d'oeuvres, cured meats, semi-aged cheeses.

Alcohol: 14% vol. - Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Chianti Riserva
Producer: Corbucci
Produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes, Chianti Riserva Corbucci is a wine that after aging for 24 months in French oak barriques is aged in the bottle for a further 6 months. A wine is thus obtained with an intense and fruity aroma, with aromas of cherries in spirit and wild strawberries. In the mouth it has a full, soft and quite tannic taste with a long and enveloping finish. Chianti Riserva Corbucci is ideal for accompanying game and red meat dishes.
