Located inside a characteristic building from the end of the 1800s, the restaurant La Vinsantaia of Villa Pillo takes its name from the rooms that were once used as a granary and then, in the last 40 years in Vinsantaia, that was the place where the farmers were used to put to wither the grapes for the production of the typical Tuscan sweet wine: the Vinsanto.
