Description
- If you want to spend an evening in absolute relaxation or celebrate a special event in the comfort of your apartment, Irene will be your home chef ready to pamper you!
The menu will be agreed with you with particular attention to every single need even for vegans, vegetarians and anyone with intolerances or allergies to gluten or other ingredients.
Relax and take long breaths ... You are in Tuscany! Now time marks slower rhythms of life, putting order within you.
Irene will make you live the "experience" of the typical lifestyle of our territory in compliance with these three fundamental points: tradition, taste and territory.
Rates per participant
- 8 or more participants: € 65,00
- from 4 to 7 participants: € 70,00
- Children from 0 to 6 years old: 1 plate of pasta with tomato sauce is offered for free.
- Children from 7 to 15 years old: € 20,00 Possibility of choosing a children's menu.

- Fresh gazpacho with peaches and red onion from Certaldo
- Toasted bread bruschetta with fresh tomato and cucumber ice cream
- Panzanella typical Tuscan dish with stale bread, tomatoes, onions... there are many versions. My panzanella includes the addition of almonds and anchovies.
- Selection of butcher's meats and Cork Shepherd cheeses with homemade jams.
- A 1st COURSE to be chosen from
- Pici all'Aglione" are a type of handmade pasta, similar to spaghetti but wider, seasoned with a tomato and garlic sauce, a type of giant garlic but with a gentle flavor.
- "Pici cacio e pepe" (pici with pepper and cheese)
- Risotto with blueberries creamed with taleggio cheese.
- Spaghettone "Sophia Loren" with cremy tomato water and burrata milk scented with basil.
- Homemade beetroot tortelloni stuffed with ricotta, thyme and lemon with cream of chard and toasted flaked almonds
- Tuscan gnudi are a poor dish from ancient times and are balls of ricotta and spinach sautéed with melted butter and herbs
- Saffron dumplings, courgette flowers scented with anchovies

- Basil puree with ricotta cheese balls with hazelnuts
- Rabbit "in porchetta" cooked slowly in Tuscan aromas with bacon and pork sausage

- To have a home chef it is essential that your apartment has a kitchen.
- The menu can be customized according to your tastes and needs.
- Ability to create vegan, vegetarian and "gluten free" menus.
- The chosen menu must be the same for all diners except in cases of intolerances and / or allergies.
Payments and cancellation
- Payment in cash or by credit cards at the end of the activity directly to the organizer.
- Cancellations without penalty up to 48 hours before the start of the activity.
