The Chili Pepper Jam is handcrafted with red peppers and hot chili peppers, it is ideal for accompanying delicious platters of mixed matured and semi-mature cheeses.
Each pepper and chili pepper has been grown and harvested in our garden and selected before being transformed, thus obtaining a product of great excellence.

Packaged and pasteurized pepper and chili pepper jam.
Processing techniques
The chili peppers are taken and emptied of its seeds, washed and cut into small pieces. They are then placed in a large pot and sugar, honey and Armagnac are added and cooked over low heat for about an hour. Once cooking is finished, the jam is blended and placed in jars.
Pairings
The spicy chilli jam with a strong flavor is ideal on cheeses and as a BBQ sauce for grilled and braised meats.
