This rosé wine is obtained by soft pressing and vinification in white of Merlot grapes, harvested early to maintain the right acidity and enhance the aromas and freshness.
The wine has a cherry pink color, delicate on the nose with aromas of berries and wild rose. The mouth is sweet, soft, with a fresh finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it also accompanies cold cuts and roasted fish very well.
