It takes its name from the nearby village of San Vivaldo which is located a few kilometers from Montaione, in whose woods there are some small chapels depicting the life of Christ.
This wine, a pure Cabernet Franc, is full-bodied, dry with herbaceous hints. Find the perfect match with very mature cheeses and stewed meats, it is best appreciated after 6/7 years of aging.
