The name comes directly from the single type of grape that is used in the production of this wine.
Spicy, medium-bodied with notes of white pepper, "Syrah" is a red wine that is best appreciated with tasty first courses and grilled or stewed meats, especially lamb. Better after 5/6 years of aging.
