Butter 91.5%, white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 4%, bianchetto truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt.), flavouring, salt, spice.
Recommendations for use
Ideal for cooking an excellent tagliolini or risotto with White Truffle. It can also be used to season any other dish, making it unique thanks to the inimitable taste and aroma of the White Truffle.
Storage
Store at room temperature for 2 years. Once opened, it can be stored in the refrigerator for a few weeks.
