Produced with olives from the Leccini, Moraioli and Pianntini cultivars, this extra virgin olive oil can be used not only as a condiment but as a high-quality ingredient essential for many recipes of Tuscan and Italian cuisine.

The sediment that you can find in the bottom of the container is completely natural and represents a characteristic of unfiltered oils generally purchased in the mill.
It is a confirmation that the oil purchased is really genuine.


Extra virgin olive oil comes from olive groves that are not chemically treated.

Harvest and production period

The olives are harvested from mid-October to mid-November with the help of mechanical arms, and are taken to the oil mill daily. The oil obtained through cold pressing is partly bottled and partly stored in steel containers to rest and decant. It is subsequently bottled in glass or aluminum containers depending on the format.
