Rosso del Pievano – Toscana IGT – Organic
TENUTA MORINIELLO
Rosso del Pievano is our Supertuscan. composed of a blend of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merlot and petit verdot grapes.
With an intense red color, it is surprising on the nose for its balsamic notes, fresh which combine with the scent of grilled pepper, then assorted berries, such as currants and blueberries. The taste is powerful, good weight, soft, with light and hints of tannins, for a tasty and enjoyable finish.
Suitable to accompany roasted meat dishes, game, seasoned cheeses and sausages with an intense flavor, braised and stuffed pasta, elaborate ethnic dishes, dishes with rich and tasty sauces, delicately spiced. It is recommended to uncork and decant the bottle an hour before serving.
