Track 3

Montaione > Fiume Egola > San Vivaldo

It is particularly interesting because it presents different landscapes and some places of peculiar historical interest. The stretches in the woods are coverable on foot in every season. The stretch which runs along the river is more difficult and intended for expert walkers, because the vegetation often hides the indication of the track. Avoid it on rainy days. Pay attention to the distances between the asphalt road, which connects to other parts.
