He produced in castello di Brolio an high quality red wine as the other superiod Italian and French red wines. Bettino Ricasoli starts the trade of the Chianti Wine and exported all over the world.

Chianti wine is mainly produced with two kinds of red grapes: "Canaiolo" (from 5% up to 10%) and "Sangiovese" (from 75% up to 90%); than two kind of white grapes "Malvasia" and "Trebbiano" (from 2% up to 5%).
