Alberi - whose name, in local slang mean 'Poplar' - lies in the Egola Valley from the bridge on this river to the slope for Sughera. In the village there is a church a bar/restaurants and a small grocer's.
In the past there was a theatre where shows has been made till 1930. Later it becomes a school and closed in the '70s.
Today the village is still populated and some of the houses has been transformed into residence and accommodations.
